Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking unless otherwise stated , we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RETURNS,REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Unless otherwise shown on product page.. We offer a 30 day warrenty on all Airsoft Products.

YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RMA NUMBER - AND RETURN ADDRESS FOR ALL RETURNS

• Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition along with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.
• We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, salable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
• Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
• If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate this on the bottom of invoice and when contacting us for RMA number.
• All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all item(s) back.
• Please write the reason for your return and your phone number in the space available at the bottom of your invoice. Keep a copy of the invoice for your records.

ALL CHINESE ARE SOFT IS SOLD AS IS. (this does not include tawain) We do not have any warrenties with Chinese airsoft manufactering company.

  Some of our airsoft we carry requires ONLY return for credit.  This WILL be indicated on the product description. 

   Buyer pays for all return & exchange shipping.

This program is not for shipping claims, if product arrives damaged from shipper immediately note on shipping papers, contact us immediatly, and/or refuse if  sufficient damage.
